Got an error while booking ticket - want to know if it is booked

I booked a ticket from Raichur to Yeshwantpur after making payment from net-banking (ICICI) screen shows some error and did not get the confirmation. even in the booked history it doesn't shows any record of this transaction.. but after making payment i got an Transaction Reference number that is 357769753.
kindly let me know whether this transaction get confirmed or not, if not whom to contact for the refund of amount deducted in my account.

It is booked if you get confirmation email or Sms.
Also just check if the number of available seats(or WL status) have reduced by the number you've tried to book.
