Here is more about postponement of your Paper(ERS) ticket.

E-ticket can't use postponement facility.

I have not booked E-ticket the oridinary one.

Go to reservation counter and give an application for change of boarding station. Also carry copy of id proof and ticket with you. It'll be done.
