    Sir,
    I would like to know the Sms no. for making complaints in moving trains under NCR. As through Internet I could get a no.8121281212 where I sent a complaint of no water in the compartment S7 in 18110 Muri Exp. moving towards Kanpur. To my surprise I got reference id no. 1302231340301 but not more than that and thanks for complaint but it was south central railway no. Is there any centralized no. for all zones or specific no. for NCR and NR where I travel most frequently.

    For North Indian Railways you can send complaint by SMS to : 919717630982 . For South Central Railway they should send their complaint while in train to : 8121281212 .

    If you're online and access to internet you can file as well as track your complaint at : http://customercare.indianrailways.gov.in/criscm/home.seam

    You can also file complaint in complaint book available on trains: with TTE's, in Pantry Cars, Air Conditioned Coaches and Train Guards in all passenger-carrying trains, excluding suburban trains.
