confirmed tickets Released status - asked to get down from train

We have confirmed tickets from Pune to Delhi in train number 12263 NZM DURONTO EXP. PFB the details:

PNR Number : 870-7433629(E - TICKET)

The status was confirmed when the tickets were booked, but now the status has been changed to releases. on the railways website, it is showing the meaning of released as “Ticket Not Cancelled but Alternative Accommodation Provided”. But the Ticket collector in the train is asking to get down from train.

We have checked it on enquiry number 139 and it is telling us that the tickets are confirmed. I have tried contacting customer care but no luck. Please help us, as the passengers are still in the train.

Released clearly means you've confirmed accommodation available.

I want to ask if you saw your name in the confirmed passenger list pasted on the coach entrance. Didn't TTE have your ticket details on his copy?
