TDR process still pending 4 month going to end

Hi,

I have booked a ticket in IRCTC date of journey 29/10/2013 pnr no-4810281557 and that train was late by more than 12hr and i have cancelled the ticket after the chart preparation because i got RAC after chart preparation and i have applied TDR but still that is pending. I have contacted irctc they are telling railways have to return and i have contacted railways TDR process team they are telling within 7 days then after 7 days again telling 15days. Please tell me how to apply for consumer court case online i want my money in return with interest.

on same day with in 2 hr of train departure.

You can go to consumer court once you're sure that you won't get your money back. 3 month is sufficient time. Here is the sample procedure to file in Delhi consumer forum.
