Hi Sir,
I had booked a ticket via IRCTC Apps from Nanded to Pune in Pune Express (12730) on the date of 03-03-2018 at the time of 10:21:03AM
PNR No. 4242174940 tickets status is confirmed
But later on I had cancelled the tickets on same date at the time of 20:36:22, now today is 16th of Mar 2018 it's more then 12 days but still I haven't get any refund.
I'm being harassed as there is no response from IRCTC.
When I was checked my refund status it's showing me refund but I haven't got any refund.
I requested to you please solve this issue and refund me remaining account on my account.
