Hi,
I had booked a ticket from Tirunelveli to Chennai in Ananthapuri Express. I had cancelled it on 5th of June 2014 and today is 13th of June 2014. Its been more than 7 working days that I haven’t got my refund and I’m being harassed as there is no reply from IRCTC.
I plea to you to kindly get me a solution. In IRCTC its showing that my refund status is NONE though I haven’t got any refund. Please verify! I did the transaction via HDFC Credit card.
