Not allowed to cancel the ticket: The ticket cannot be cancelled since the chart is p

i was trying to cancel my ticket from past 4 hrs . but i am not able
to cancel the ticket as it is showing that chart has been prepared.
online system is recommending me to file a TDR . but when i move on
for TDR filing . it displays a message TDR is not allowed , as chart
has not prepared yet . i m confused either charting is made or not.
Plz help me out in this case ...wat to do .
my PNR num is : 6126098172

I've checked it, is seems to be software issue on part of Railways. The charts are actually not prepared otherwise your ticket would not have moved to confirmed from WL when you actually started trying to cancel it. ...
About filing TDR you should after chart preparation till 2 hours after train departure. You'll get 50% refund else nothing.
