I have booked a ticket on 21st jan 2013 having below given details and for reason cancelled on 20th feb 2013. The refund status shows that it has been refunded to my account but the refunding money Rs 874 has not yet been refunded in my bank account .
So please kindly do the needful and refund the money to my account.
