Canceled Tickets

I have canceled my tickets on 19th Nov. Till now I have not got amount credited to my account. Can you please let me know how long will it take more. Its not acceptable in any case. While deducting balance it take only a few seconds and while refunding it takes you weeks....

Just wait 2-3 days you should be getting in your account. Which account did you use to make the payment?

Just watch that. Otherwise you'll need to contact IRCTC.
