Regarding Waitlisted Tatkal Cancellation

Actually on i had the Sampark Kranti 12469 Tatkal quota ticket with wait-list of 2 AC(3 tier) but it was important for
me to reach home that why i decided to board the train, but at the last moment Whwn the train started running
,I got the confirmed sleeper ticket from the agent with a different name. So, Is there any way to get my Tatkal money back.

For this there are some conflicting and confusing rules are there so you may not get refund from across the counter( after say 6 hours). You will need to file TDR giving reason as not traveled.
