my family members was performed journey on 28.04.2013 By Rajkot express from Surat to Secunderabad and after journey they misplaced journey ticket. I am a central govt. Servant and i must be produce the railway ticket with my LTC claim. In this regard i am furnishing the details of my family members who are actually performed journey on the said date. M.Anita-42, Manusha-17 and m Sirisha-15. Further it is also informing that i purchased the ticket in Tatkal scheme on 26.04.2013 At 1012 hrs from Vyara railway reservation booking counter. Please help me how i get the said ticket please. I forgot Pnr no. Also. Please clarified in my mail address please.

Without a proper proof of journey you'll not get LTC claim from any govt department. To submit a proof of your travel you'll need to file RTI with DRM office(the PIO officer) of the destination station seeking photocopy of travel chart of your train.

There is also very long procedure but you won't get it as an individual.
