Failed ticket refund

How can i get my failed tickets refund? It was failed while processing and bank debited my a/c.

[attachment=10]Did you check in "Refund status of failed transaction" as in the image from IRCTC account? Even if it does not appear, you'll get it reversed within 3-12 days.
Also just check in booked tickets status.
