my seat is Confirmed and my wife seat is Waitlisted one in Rajdhani

I have e tickets .my seat is confirmed and my wife seat is waitlisted one in rajdhani. Can she travel.

Yes both can travel but you have to share the same seat.
If you don't travel then you must explicitly cancel the waitlisted ticket in the Partially booked tickets
