Question regarding booking status

I booked my e-ticket on 3rd Jan 2016 now currently my status is W/L 34,RLGN RAC 45. I had to depart on 7th jan .........what this booking status mean

at least you have confirmed half seat and 99% percent you will get full seat after chart preparation
