How to change the passenger's in the online IRCTC ticket from one family member to another member of the family.

You need to write an application to CRS(Chief Reservation Supervisor) requesting them to transfer ticket to another family member( Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter, Husband and Wife). Mention your ticket PNR number and attach copy of proof( govt id showing this relationship) and also carry the original.

The CRS sits in another room, so inquire first where you can meet him/her.
