Passenger 2 W/L 38,GNWL Confirmed
Passenger 3 W/L 39,GNWL Confirmed
Passenger 4 W/L 40,GNWL Confirmed

What does this mean?
Is it in waiting list ? Or
Are there any chances of getting berths in this case?
Please do help so that I can cancel.

[attachment=6]Congrats those are confirmed. In case of Wait-listed and RAC tickets, upon confirmation based on cancellation before chart preparation, ticket numbers are not allotted. You'll need to check ticket PNR status after chart preparation which is done from 0-6 hours before the departure time of the train.

You've misinterpreted the PNR status. It clearly says as confirmed.

It is confirmed and after chart preparation only will you get seat numbers. It'll be prepared around 2-4 hours before train departure. For trains after 8 pm till 11 am the chart will be prepared by 8pm the day before.
