Three questions

I have few questions to the forum please:
1. Can I book my tickets from Australian through the portal by paying by Australian Credit Card?
2. The portal does not accept foreign mobile number to get the code but only Indian mobile numbers. Is there any other way to overcome this issue?
I am a Male and 60+ years. Am I allowed to avail of the senior citizen discount by presenting my OCI Card and Foreign Passport by presenting my age identification.

• Yes you can book from Australia using irctc.co.in portal but remember to choose the Internation payment gateway to make payment
  
• No you will need to have Indian mobile number or get any IRCTC account from any of your friends in India. You can contact even Authorized ticket booking agents too.
• About the Sr. citizen discount I'll have to find out specifically about it.
