confirmation of waiting list in3Ac

Sir/madam
I have booked 2 ticket from allahabad to raipur in 3AC the details are:
Booking date:10/10/2014
Journey date:4/11/14
Pnr.no:2163587728
Train.no:15159,sarnath express
My query is that when I booked ticket it was showing waiting4 and 5 and till now their is no upgradation...so will my ticket be confirmed or it will be still.waiting??
And Another query is if the ticket is not confirmed then can we travel in 3 AC or else we have to make other arrangement.....

your tckt will get confirmed but have to wait till 4th of next month

Like sleeper waiting list details are updated ....can u say me why this AC tier waiting are not updated.....??
As this creates rumor....
