possibilty of getting confirm ticket

I Have reserve ticket from kalka to shimla Train no. 52453 Known as toy train (15-05-2014) but i cant get confirmed reservation of it i have wait list of No 1-4 what are the chances of getting this wait list to confirm if there are some chances i.e. 70-80% plz tell about it second can i travel this train on a waitlist ticket as many people travels on waitlist tickets thanks

If it is PRS ticket issued from counter then all wait listed passengers are allowed to travel.

If it is e-ticket then it'll be cancelled automatically and all your money will be refunded.

But in case of e-ticket even one ticket is confirmed then this ticket will not be cancelled and all(including wait listed) passengers can also travel.
