i want to know that i have lost my ticket but i know my Pnr no and also i am having my id what is the rule for me to travel? Can I get a duplicate ticket?

- In case of Reserved(Confirmed) or RAC lost, mutilated or torn Paper ticket duplicate ticket will be issued by station master on payment of Rs. 50 per passenger in case of 2nd and sleeper class(SL) and Rs. 100 per passenger for other classes
- In case of request for duplicate ticket which was lost/misplaced after chart preparation you'll be charged 50% of total fare. Duplicate tickets after chart preparation will not be issued for RAC(Reservation Against Cancellation).
- If it was not lost but only torn or mutilated then after chart preparation 25% of fare will be charged

Also note:
- except where the lost or misplaced ticket is traced after the issuance of a duplicate ticket and presented alongwith the duplicate ticket before departure of the train no refund to be granted for charges collected for issue of duplicate tickets. After deducting 5% subject to a minimum of Rs. 20 the charges collected for issuing duplicate ticket will be refunded. In case the journey is also not undertaken, the cancellation charges on the original ticket shall be determined as provided under Refund rules.
- Provided that earlier no refund has been granted on the original ticket, the passenger, who has paid excess charges in train on due to her reserved/RAC ticket being torn, mutilated, lost or misplaced, can request with an application to Chief Commercial Manager(Refunds) of that Railway administration/zone for grant of refund of the charges paid in train, who may grant refund of the charges realised in the train after retaining the cancellation charges at 50% of fare per passenger.
