Provision for modification of tickets - please advise

I had booked a few E tickets for train journeys during 3rd week of September 2012 in connection with south India sight seeing. Owing to some personal reasons we are not able to proceed with the tour. Kindly advise me whether these E TICKETS may be modified for use at a later date

Thank you very much for the quick response. Perhaps I was not specific in my ENQUIRY. I wanted to know whether I can do the MODIFICATION through ONLINE (just as cancellation is done )

Modification through online is not allowed nor any interface is present. You'll need to visit the CRC(Chief Reservation Clerk) with your id proof for any modifications.

Also change of name is also permissible in limited cases.
