Upgrading child with no berth to full berth

Dear Sir,

A Child Ages Are 13+ But By Mistake His Ticket Buy A Half Ticket Of A Sleeper Class And Having No Barth In Train. Any Way To upgrade That half Ticket To A Full Ticket ? Any Charges Can Apply For Doing That Up-gradation ?

And A child Ages 7+ But In Ticket His Age Is 9+. Here Any Way To Correction There Name And Age?? Any Charges Can Apply For This From Railway??

For 13+ child you can upgrade to a full seat by paying the difference only if the seat is available.

For 7+ there no need to change age as same charge for 9+ and also no need to show his id card if name different
