sir my name is sagar jian. I just book a titcket BNLW to JBP bansthali to jabalpur. maine same date ki 2 titcket book kr diya tatkal me. or main unhe cancel krna chahata hu. cancel to ho gai lekin refund amount 0.00 aa rha hai. sir 555/- ka sawal hai please help me
