I need to book Tatkal ticket ... i've heard there is some change in the timings?

For I-tickets it opens at 10 am.
For E-tickets it opens at 12 pm. -

On Railway counter tatkal ticket bookning start 10Am for AC class and 11AM for Slpeer Class
On IRCTC sites also starting is 10AM for AC class and 11 AM for slpeer class
