    regarding tatkal ticket refund

    On 4.02.2013 i booked on line sleeper wait-list Tatkal ticket from BSB to DLS but the ticket was not confirmed so I want to know what is process in this case of refund?

    What was the ticket status after chart preparation? Waitlisted or RAC? In case of Wait-listed E-ticket the ticket will be automatically cancelled and money refunded to you in a weeks time.

    For I-Tickets you'll need to go to counter to cancel it. If you've not done till now then you'll need to file TDR.
