I was booking an urgent tatkal Ticket from New Delhi to Dehradun but when I started paying the bank payment then it showed me the message.

why this happened?please help so that next time I can easily book my ticket any problem

Because the payment at the bank has failed because you've cancelled it or you don't have balance or some other reason. Try again or use another bank
