In IRCTC you can book only 2 Tatkal tickets at 10 am to 12 pm per IP address.


If You use mobile network for booking,First disconnect your mobile network and again connect it.You can see that your IP Address has been changed.
to see your IP address, type "Show My IP" in Google.After doing that, you can book more than 2 Tatkal ticket.
