Change of Boarding Station in My Tatkal Ticket

I urgently need to change my boarding station in my Tatkal ticket.
Is it possible?

Although officially you can change boarding station only 24 hours before train deprarture but in your case Railways does allow changing it unofficially.
So to change it meet CRS(Chief Reservation Supervisor) of nearest reservation counter along with a signed letter and your ticket and Id-proof.
