Change of boarding station from Bengaluru

I had booked a ticket from Hosur to Mumbai by Lokamanya Tilak express .I had booked the ticket from Mangalore Station. I want a change of Boarding point i.e I want to board from Bengaluru ( which is next station to Hosur). But the Reservation Supervisor is saying it can't be done. Whom should I contact to get my grievance to be redressed.

CRS can do it and he is lying. If Bengaluru is the very next station from Hosur then you don't need to change it. TTE's will wait till another stop before they assume it to be empty. So you don't need to do anything now.
