Dear sir,
I have booked ticket of Malwa express on 22.12.2012 From Ndls to Indore, my question is that - can i board from Mathura junction instead of Delhi?

TTE's will practically wait till next station( and check at least 2 times) if it is not far off then they'll allocate it to another person.

If it is not the next station you want to board then better get the boarding station changed. Carry your ID when you go to reservation officer.

when i can do the change in boarding station , on same day of travelling or one day before of travelling.

No you can't change it online - you'll need to go to the station with an id proof and you'll need to submit a letter to CRS.
