Wo to sahi he but main 3rd AC ke liye puch raha tha or wo train hi puri AC thi to mere dost ne use cencle kara diya.

For full AC train in case of PRS ticket with no confirmed ticket and all WL tickets you can board the train without additional charges provided you take permission from TTE before entering the train.
In case of even 1 ticket is confirmed -- all can board the train.
With e-tickets, if all tickets are Waitlisted then the ticket is automatically cancelled at chart preparation and money refunded to you. Otherwise all can board the train without penalty(even if 1 ticket is confirmed).

Because chart is prepared between 4-6 hours before train arrival at the station(ET: Itarsi) for those boarding from Itarsi

Itarsi station se koi trian ja rahi he to uska DRM quota kahan se lagega???
