I am an authorized IRCTC e ticket booking agent, I got licence just few days ago, I received my User ID and password through my register mobile no and email ID. After that I have login in my account more times. But yeasterday when I changed my password than after I am unable to login my account. When I enter my User ID and new password then a message show that [b]"Invalid User ID or password please relogin"[/b] but there in no password recovery option, what can I do- please help me
