Amount debited but my ticket not booked due to session timed out at IRCTC

i have booked 3 tickets from Jalgaon to Kalyan through Irctc
while booking the session is timed out and money is debited from my account of hdfc and i didn't get the ticket and all contacts numbers are ringing of irctc Transaction Id 0551566404 is showing in refund status failed transcation. Please give me reply as soon as possible.

In most of times you can come out of "Wait...Processing ... Transaction". But this amount will be reversed in 2-4 days(max 10 days).

I booked two ticket from Delhi to Raxaul using SBI debit card. But because of session out the amount was deducted but ticket was not booked. I can't see the transaction detail in failed transaction. It has been around 8 days but still the money has not been refunded..!

Kindly tell me what is the procedure to get the money back?

are you sure no ticket was booked? Also just wait 2-3 days more.

yes i am sure no ticket has been booked.I have checked in "Booked Ticket History","Failed transaction history" but i couldn't find any booked ticket. I have also checked my mini statement and it is showing the amount deducted.
