Removing mobile no. from IRCTC forgotten a/c.

Dear Sir,

I have registered my mobile no. while creating IRCTC a/c. long back.
I never used that a/c; I have forgotten IRCTC user name/password, and email i.d;/ password, used for creating that IRCTC a/c.

Now I can not create a new a/c. with my said previous mobile no.
How can I recover said previous (1) IRCTC user name/password, and
(2) email i.d / password, used for creating that IRCTC a/c.

IRCTC Customer Care says, there is no option for recovering all data as I have forgotten email i.d/ password. And already registered mobile no. can not be released by IRCTC.
Kindly help me for recovering previous (1) IRCTC user name/password, and
(2) email i.d / password, used for creating that IRCTC a/c.

Sir without Registered mail ID you can not recover your account .And same mobile and same registered mail id not registered again in IRCTC .

may I know how to remove the number from IRCTC. and I forgot userID also. or else can you please let me know how to get the userID through registered mobile number

You can only recover your userid from your registered mail ID. Send mail to irctc on that mail type your details :-registered mail id ,phone number ,address and also attach aadhar . After 24 hours you receive your userid on your registered mail id .After login to your account you can change you number with another unregistered mobile number .

Send your mail and after that you receive userid on registered mail ID

I have sent mail for getting User ID. but I didn't get any mail form IRCTC.

IRCTC send mail on user registered mail id only . Check your mail id also check spam folder some time mail receive on spam folder. May this information help you
