If you remember your user ID and old password, follow the steps given below.

• First visit to irctc.co.in
• Login to your account with old password and user ID
• Click on my account and select the profile and click on Update Password.
• Enter your old password and also enter the new password you need, and click the submit button.

If you know your user ID and forgot old password, follow the steps given below.

• First click on login and then click on forgot password.
• Enter user ID of IRCTC account which you want to reset and fill captcha and click on next button .
• An OTP receive on register mobile number,Enter OTP and new password and click on next button.
