compose a mail whatever you have remember like login id,mail id and mobile no etc.Send it to care@irctc.co.in.
you'll get ticket id then you'll have call irctc customer care and tell them your ticket id.Through IRCTC High Priority Security within 24-48 hours you'll get complete detail related your irctc account.
