Kotak Netbanking and Kotak Debit card with PIN option not available for payment

Hi,

I recently tried to book online Railway ticket and in Payment Option section, i couldn't find Kotak Bank option Under Netbanking as well as Debit Card With PIN section. These options were available previously. I want to know why these options have been removed and what is the alternate option as I have only Kotak net banking account.

At this time I can check that Kotak Netbanking is present in IRCTC.

Secondly you can pay by Kotak debit card also thru Kotak Netbanking.

Also if you don't find then you can still pay thru Payu Payment Gateway, ITZ Payment Gateway, Paytm Payment gateway etc.
