UpdatIon of wrong Mobile No +91 changed with US ISD No in IRCTC profile

While updating my address in profile of IRCTC my +91 9803007394 mobile no. changed with ISD (US) followed by my no I. e 9803007394. Due to that while loging in I am asked to pay
first time into log in using international credit card.
I have no Intl credit card and I am confused how to access all journeys booked through IRCTC. I have mail I'd anuragkt3@gmail.com. I got 5 jny booked out of which 3 I have to cancel within 4-5 days. Please Help me to get access to my IRCTC acct.

Either you can pay Rs 100 using any credit/debit card or you can call IRCTC customer care.

Their number most of times don't work. But they do reply emails but that takes some 7-10 days for any resolution.

But for cancellation you can email them and they will cancel on your behalf.
