Why Sometime Book Now button come late

Today when i was booking tatkal ticket Book Now Button came late after tatkal time.

Sir please tell me why it is so.
Is there is any problem in my computer network or it is irctc problem ?

Your Book Now button may came late due to following reasons

There are 250 computers in IRCTC working on IRCTC site for tatkal tickets with different server so Book now button is shown at different time by different computers.

Book now button will be shown to you according to computer you are connected in IRCTC. When that computer make book now button available then it will shown to you.

Book Now button will be shown to you between 5 seconds before or 25 seconds after tatkal time according to correct Indian time.
