I have South Indian Bank debit card But could not find any Option to pay from South Indian bank debit card in IRCTC.

You can pay from South Indian*Bank debit Card by selecting the Visa /Master Card of HDFC bank, CITI Bank, AXIS bank or ICICI bank given under Payment Gateway / Credit card option in IRCTC. Visa /Master Card option can only be used to pay from Visa /Master Card of any bank.
