I have Central Bank of India debit card But could not find any Option to pay from Central Bank of India debit card in Irctc.

You can use Central Bank of India debit Card by selecting any of ICICI bank, HDFC bank, AXIS bank or CITI Bank Visa / Master Card payment option given in Payment Gateway / Credit card option in IRCTC.

Only Visa / Master Card can be used here.
