I have a saving account in Ratnakar Bank...I want to book my rail tickets but the bank has no option for Netbanking at IRCTC... How can I book tickets at IRCTC through Netbanking..?

It is not possible to make transaction using Netbanking option of this bank because right now there is no option to pay through Netbanking of Ratnakar Bank but you can pay from Master/Visa Debit card or credit card.
There is also an option to pay by Cash Card like Itz/OXI cash card.
