Wrong mobile no typed while booking ticket at IRCTC

During booking Tatkal E-ticket i entered wrong mobile no, now what to do??

How can I send this SMS to my correct mobile number?

No problem nothing will happen. Just go to booking history and the press Send SMS button and enter your new mobile number to get SMS.

booking history -> get SMS ..........no option for new mobile number, it's just sends SMS to the number which is entered during booking.

Sorry .. if you've typed it wrong then IRCTC will not allow you to sent SMS to another number. Also you can only send SMS yourself 5 times from IRCTC for a given PNR.

So the solution is : Make yourself SMS ticket in 5 minutes!

Login to the irctc website and take print out of the ticket. I think that is sufficient. You can show that to the TC.

Login to irctc website..go to update profile..change your mobile number and click update..it will update instantly and then go to booking history and click send sms..it will come on your new number..hope this helps

Mistakenly during Tatkal ticket, wrong mobile no has been entered,sir please tell me what to do?
