Dear sir i have install SK(session keeper) but that is not working properly. What i do, plz.. help us. SK not getting in green when logged in. he also get in red.

OS: windows7 ultimate
Browser:Mozilla firefox16.0.2

Yes i use IRCTC URL TO START AND STOP

I feed irctc.co.in url to start session keeper

But here it is clearly mentioned that you need to type in http://www.irctc.co.in as start url. After entering it you should go to this url by entering it in the address bar. As soon as you visit only this url - the session keeper will start then.

Also restart your browser and go to this url and see if it works.
