- You have used scripting for Automation
- You have used Illegal software to book ticket
- This Message Occur If you have give wrong answering of security question at Passenger Details page, after pressing Next button :
- your account Email ID
- your Date of Birth
- your account Userid
- Your registered mobile Number with this IRCTC account
- Whether you're registered with IRCTC EWallet or not
- If you use any autofills
