i want to change the mobile number i gave long back as i lost it and got a new number , problem is now entering my new number its saying that the number is registered to another account what should i do now as my irctc cc card has this new number i must add my loyalty card details????????????

You will need to write to IRCTC requesting the change. You will need to keep all account particulars ready with you like address etc in that account
