dear sir,
we are railway ticket booking agent, we would like to bring into to know that, the normal ticket opening at 8.00 am and whereas ours' time 8.30 am. when we open, it shows mostly waiting list/RAC position, for this this reason most of the customers don't have come for ticket booking. we are badly affected in this time difference situation.

plz... suggest some ideas & help us to how to improve our business.

Hi saidarshantravels,

It is but obvious that the tickets might got all booked after half an hour. And for peek season it is almost impossible to get ticket after 30 mins when your timing of booking tickets has started.

Unfortunatly, for your question there no as such solution. This benefits others and loss for you.
