Idbi NetBanking option missing in irctc

Do we have anyone as members from IRCTC? I have a query around why idbi NetBanking option has been removed from payment list since few weeks.

I want to know if this is going to be restored or it is removed for good.

This is totally idiotic on the part of IRCTC. What benifit is IRCTC getting by inconveniencing the public.

Any suggestions on whom to contact in irctc will be helpful. I have written to care@irctc but have got no response
