Error : "Not Authorized for this action"

I have an agent account in irctc and I forgot my IRCTC agent account password.When I'm reset the password, I'm getting message show that

IYou are not authorized for this action

.
I also have my IRCTC user ID, and registered mail ID. Give any suggestion
